Visa Process Stage

As we move forward to the Visa stage, it is crucial to ensure that we handle the Visa application with utmost care. Your cooperation in providing the necessary documents is vital to a smooth process. Here's what you need to do:

Document Submission Options: After gathering all your documents, you have two easy options for submission:
Visa Application Form: Rest assured, the Visa Application Form will be completed by Anatolia Travel Services. Once you have all the required documents and Visa fee, visit them, and they will assist you in filling out the form and submitting your application.

For your convenience, below is the list of documents you will need for the Visa process:

Turkish Educational / Student Visa

Passport Validity up to 1 year
Photos (5*5 Biometric with white background)
Signed father request letter (Download Format)
Signed cover letter by student (Download Format)
Signed Parents affidavit, if any other sponsor must be blood relative (Download Format)
University Official Acceptance Letter
University Initial Deposit Receipt
Parent’s/Blood Relative Bank Statement & Account Maintenance certificate for the last 3 months (Bank statement validity is for 1 week so please get it issued when you are ready to submit the visa)

Important Reminder

Before proceeding with your studies, it's essential to ensure that your bank account holds sufficient funds to cover your tuition and accommodation expenses for the first year. It is advisable that the required amount has been consistently maintained in your account over the past three months. This financial preparation will contribute to a smooth and successful academic journey.

Employment Letter (with salary slips for the last 3 months)/Business Letterhead
Annual Tax Returns (Better to have)
NTN (Better to have)
Family Registration Certificate
Photocopies and originals of all educational documents (Show original to Anatolia Travel Service & give them copies ONLY)
Previous passport copies (visa of all countries and their entry-exit stamps)
Polio Certificate
Travel insurance (As per the directives of the Embassy/Consulates of the Republic of Turkiye, travel insurance can only be made from Anatolia Travel Services. No external Insurance will be accepted)
Flight reservation (Can be made from Anatolia Travel Services. No need to purchase a ticket at this point)
Hotel reservation/Confirmation of university accommodation (Can be made from Anatolia Travel Services)
Visa Application Form (Will be filled by Anatolia Travel Services)

*The average visa processing time is 1 Month so please file the visa application accordingly.

*Visa Fee is approx. Rs. 48,000/- it changes on sometime due dollar fluctuation and is to be paid at Anatolia Travel Service
